General Questions
What happens if I arrive late?
Our rooms start exactly at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, you can still play for the time remaining in your scheduled 60 minutes. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your game in order to check in and get set up for your room. Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts or refunds due to late arrivals.
What are the age requirements?
Players under 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver for them. Players 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult while playing is mandatory
Can I use my phone or camera in the room?
The use of electronic devices or any other tools, is strictly prohibited. Photographs and video recording are not allowed in the rooms. If you do, then you will be escorted out the room immediately and will not be allowed to finish the game
Booking & Payment
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
You cannot reserve a slot without payment, 100% deposit is required to secure a booking. No refunds will be given. You may reschedule your booking, up to 24h before your appointment.
